I just got 124 cash for doing the surveys, still waiting for about 400 more, but got 20x20 farm now, white manor, 3 black barns, level 19. ooomph.

Here's a tip. Plant land everywhere in your farm and plant the soybeans. It gives you 2XP for each plant plus 1XP for each plotted land. Delete all your land, rinse and repeat.
May be a bit tedious but only takes a good 10 minutes for a level raise.
Always good to do when your bored.
