Nokia N97 problem.

Hi,
i received my Nokia N97 today,
The volume doesn't work when i send or receive calls i can't hear them, but they can hear me, also the ringtone sounds and media player and key tones don't work unless i plug my speaker in and then it does, however my volume works when i receive a text or phone call.

If i can't fix it or anything by tonight, i'm going to ring vodafone tomorrow to see what they say, just thought i'd try other options first.

If anyone has any ideas, Help would be appreciated.

use the PC suit to update the firmware. if that doesnt work send it back

i dont have an answer, but i was just wondering; how much was the phone ? if on contract how much was the phone and what plan/network is it?


I rly want one, just looking around because its way out of my price range atm lol
