Ludus works overtime anyways. I remember calling the office on Christmas eve at about 7pm and he was still there.

They might work at home if they have nothing else to do I expect. Plus moderators can do announcements

Plenty of jobs require staff to work weekends and move the two days off elsewhere in the week.
