Should/are tractors rare?

I cant find any tractors anymore on habbo, should it be a super? Ive collected about 8 or 9 tractors and trying to buy as much as possible, more and more peope are hanging onto them etc so would anyone able to shed some light on this?

There are a few more out there i have seen i think they might be like rare but not "rare" if u get me. Like people want them as collection

They can never be super rares, unless all were deleted from hotel and then more were given out. They will be on sale again, no doubt.
