What's this about foreign people eating dinner late? I guess I could moan at you for stereotyping, but the thing is, "foreigners" eating dinner late isn't a stereotype anyway lol.Yes because most people in the morning don't have breakfast as you've just woken up on the spot, so they'll want to have lunch considering how hungry they'll be. Also it keeps the brain working throughout the day, so yes, i would say lunch is pretty vital, especially to foreign people who have dinner late.
I wouldn't really class it as 'important' i only eat about once a day but if i do get hungry i tend to just grab something on the way home from college. My dad thinks i eat three times a day though ;-)
I usually eat 3 meals a day, Breakfast at 7 Am, Lunch At 12 Pm & Dinner At 5 Pm, now I don't know how my comments will come across to you as I am anorexic so I guess I do things a differently but I always make sure I get my final meal of the day (Dinner) which is my largest meal, I usually have an unbuttered bagel or a salad filled bagel for my lunch but occasionally I miss my lunch & it does not seem to do any harm.

I do miss lunch sometimes, if it's only on rare occasions then it shouldn't affect you too much, in some cases it can help your body use the energy it gets from food more efficiently.

Of course?
Eat to live.
Can't stand seeing these people who starve themselves on say 1,200 calories
Lunch is all I eat. Don't bother with breakfast and frequently skip dinner. Days I'm at college, anyway. Don't eat lunch if I'm just at home.
