- Must live in USA (So we have an admin to host events, get members and be online differently to me.)
- Must know the admincp and modcp, and the ability to try out a new panel (HmodCP)
- Must be 15 or 15+
- Can host events

No offence mate, but if I was you, I would lower your age limit because some people are young because I know a lot of coders/designers and vbulletin, admins and mods that are above 11+.

I started in year 7 and I'm 16 now. I could do basic html / forms in year 7
