There was something a little similar with me.

Seeing as she's with another guy, best not do anything.. yet.

As of her friend, which one do you find more attractive? Her or her friend? If it's her friend, then it's not best to go out with her, it will usually screw everything up unless they are flexible.

There not going out ... there both single .... thats what I find strange they fancy eachother ... yet wont go out.

Okay, first things first, calm down. Clear your thoughts and do something you enjoy. Skateboarding, drawing, composing music, whatever.

Once you have calmed down, try thinking deeply about it. So the girl (Lets call her.. Jenny) likes you, but doesn't want a Loving relationship with you, while the other girl, (Lets call her Betty) Loves you.

Ask yourself, Would you rather upset Betty, or Ignore Jenny?

Both are just as mean and torturing, but in the end, something will happen. Whether that something is good or bad for you, Betty will be upset (Unless you go out with her).

I know this will sound useless and that, but its true;

Follow your heart. It will always lead you to your best decision.

So, here are your Choices:

1) Ignore Jenny and carry on flirting until she no longer likes you.
2) Turn towards Betty and try her out again. You never know, she migh of changed.
3) Ditch both of them and start afresh, looking for new love.
