Will be used for Jet Skiing.

I'm from the UK, but I can't find any sites either.
Not even direct.gov.uk

Not all countries need one. In america (some states) and several other countries you do.
It also depends on the type of jet ski. The one we use is a Yamaha Wave Runner X.
