Basically, Try talking to him.
Try it on MSN, facebook, anywhere. I recently told a girl about my feeling towards her, and It took me 3 years to pluck up the courage. And I done it the Scardey way, By email. Without talking to him, your relatioship wont go anywhere, apart from down the drain. The harder you try, and the more you think about him, the more deturmined you will be to speak to him.

I know many people have already given this advice, but its the only thing and best thing to do.
