if its "pixle art" woulnt paint therefor be a good choise?
anyway i far prefer photoshop, but i suppose if your used to jasc psp8.

I know how to do that!!! You use paint and it is the corniest thing I have ever seen!!!!! You take one of the options to move stuff and highlight everything... then you gotta try to take a screeshot then you past it and it will look like a night vision thingy!!!
