I feel, playing little games in the actual game doesn't help. Enter habbo staff competitions that don't involved purchasing furni this way you hav a chace of winning a deluxe prize. On the other hand, look at the rare value reports because they will point out which specific things are good to buy. Such as, childline sofa's, buy for 2hc sell for 3 (it has been done)
Pineapple plants buy 10 per hc sell for 8 per hc etc.
Always aim high when you are trading. Also if you run a shop and you feel a perticular item could be worth more ask them to offer, most people don't like offering and so you give them a price but some people offer more than you originally hoped for.
