What software do you use to create layouts? Photoshop, Fireworks or another program?

personally i use MS paint, i find it easier to control the pixels but its harder to know the size

MS Paint doesn't even have anti-aliasing though!

And I use Paint.Net.

MS Paint *does* do anti-aliasing in Windows 7.

Paint.NET is OK, but it's hard to do some things Photoshop does.

Personally, I use Photoshop.
