do ups collect it for free? and do i need to put my address on outside? cause im afraid they will send it to my house instead of Microsoft LOLLLLLLLLL
and i just put the xbox in the package init? nothing else?

u get an email from ups with a label.
put xbox in a box and stick label on box.
ring ups to arrange for them to collect it for free or do it online at https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/sched...sPickupAll1Z=1
they will pick it up from ur house, send to germany for microsoft to fix, then microsoft send it back via ups
