Doesn't matter, if you've already on the list and you've went legit you're still going to be banned, this includes if you've played a game that wasn't patched properly.

Two things:

1. They reserve the right to ban you from their services for any reason (or no reason) - this will be in the T&C's.
2. We're not in America - you will be suing no one.
