Normally people with good quality videos; don't go around asking people what to do, it just comes to them. I'm sure your just doing it for YouTube 'fame' or something silly.

Tbh i'm gathering he's an 11yr old or younger kid who's using the internet for the very first time this year and is clueless. Evidence: "I post a lot in the online radios section" He has two posts there.

Well people will subscribe if they like your videos, if you aren't getting subscribers then people don't like your videos.

I never subscribe to videos, even if they are good.

I'm pretty sure YouTube works best when you just happen to record something good, rather than sitting down and thinking of a good video to make which people will like. Most of the videos I've watched have been of spontaneous events anyway.
