Tbh there was no such thing as a community agm when i was hxhd and shows manager and we managed to produce the biggest non-habbostaff organised event on habbo to date over christmas. So maybe the community managers should take it upon themselves and use their initiative like we had to in the days of 8Freak8

The thread isn't ridiculous at all. It highlights a key point which is the lack of management. Rosie is a different case but some other management figures just aren't around enough.

And as for your second part, that wasn't needed at all. He does have a right to equire about the situation as like I said, it is a problem and you have no right to tell him this thread means that he will fair as an AGM as it's a pretty relavent thread if you ask me. I would -rep you but I need to spread.

People need to stop saying shes a great AGM because she has only been an AGM for a few weeks before she went away again, so she might be good but she really hasn't proved that she's good yet. I like the idea of a Acting AGM.

She has proven herself to be dedicated as a super mod, so let's be honest the chances of her doing very badly as an AGM (since she no longer needs to infract lik every hour) are unlikely.

How can you promise she is the hardest working agm when she left before she could do anything? Mr.OSH has been away for quite a while, but the site has not 'gone to ****' at all. Infrequent does a very good job, and Habbox.com seems to be doing just fine to me :S

So why keep him? Remove his title, give it to Infrequent :/ As you said, he's "been away for quite a while". It seems silly keeping him an AGM when he's not here to do anything :/ IF he comes back, give him a job as a content worker, if Infrequent does a better job than him. It seems pretty stupid keeping him an AGM, and there appears to be no reason to keep him as one.

It was like when 8Freak8 was still an AGM/Administrator when he didn't use Habbox anymore, all because "he did many good things for Habbox." That title was removed from 8Freak8 for obvious reasons, he didn't need the title and it was misleading. Same applies with Mr.OSH, he isn't here to fulfill the duties and therefore must lose his title. It's not rocket science, and there seems to be no reason to keep him as Content AGM :/

Catzsy should probably lose her's too, considering she isn't here either. If someone doesn't report in for over a month, then they should lose their title. They're not here to do their jobs, so being recognise by a title to do these jobs should be removed too. Again, not rocket science, but for some reason people love wasting titles on people who really should not have them. Especially, when you seem to care less about nvrspk4, who is not the acting GM anymore, but for someone with less power like Catzsy or Mr.OSH, they can keep their titles and be away longer than nvrspk4. It seems like favouritism, or ignorance :/

On the case of Mr.OSH I totally agree. He hasn't been around for ages, and has had no excuse (well a proper excuse )

Dom it's clear you have some sort of friendship (or worship ) going on with Rosie but excuses don't help anything. I'm a fan of Rosie, she's always been someone I've got on with and even liked which is fairly rare for me on here but that doesn't mean she shouldn't take the same responsibility for her absence as people are expecting of Jay. Yes, she's always been amazing with the community just as he's always been amazing with the site, but stepping down at least temporarily would make things easier I'd imagine, and being as she is I'd like to think she'd take no offence and allow it for the good of the community she's currently representing. There's absolutely nothing to stop them coming back when they.. well, when they come back, but if a position isn't really being filled then there are going to be problems. I'd support Infrequent as content AGM even if it was conditionally temporary, not sure who I'd like to see at community but if it needs someone in the hotseat then I'm sure those members of upper management that are still here can nominate someone who meets the requirements.

Even though they're both away, the site and everything seems to be ticking over alright. Most things can be done without them here really, they're just there to supervise (in my eyes anyway). If anything does crop up that can't be sorted out by department managers, instead of going to the appropriate AGM then we would just go to Jin instead. A lot of the time when we need something from AGMs nvr is copied in aswell so we're just missing out the middle man really
