Actually, it started off here. Funnyjunk.com invented it years ago. On a thing called the insane test where you looked at a picture of a racecar and he was dooing the beebop doodly bop thing in the background, and you couldnt laugh for a minute. It was really hard not to laugh. Now its just annoying.
