For those who don't want to bother reading the article or the blog entry above (which has swearing btw, just a warning) basically Fif made a statement to The Mirror saying he wants to get Susan Boyle of Britain's Got Talent fame on a duet track with him. Part of me hopes this monstrosity never comes to light but another, and I have to admit guiltily bigger, part of me really really wants to see how this would pan out.

Before I Self Destruct is commercially and critically - for an artist of 50 Cent's level anyway - a massive flop, so really this can't do a lot to hurt him at the moment. That's not to mention his pending beef/battle with Jay-Z that's got New York rap waiting for a spark, and if he goes ahead with this (assuming Boyle would even agree) it's bound to lend a few rounds to ammo to both sides, leaving him open to all sorts of ridiculous disses but also allowing him to claim superior creativity if he's clever enough to pull it off. The more I think of it the more I want to see how this would pan out... maybe hear a Jay-Z/Plácido Domingo rebuttal, that'd be iller than a hospice.

I think it'd come out pretty well, because yknow the whole classical and rap thing sorta mixes well for some reason. I bet it'd sound alright, but I can't imagine SuBo banging out 50 cents rhymes LOL.

I just snigger thinking about her singing I'm gonna pop some gangstas, but it might sound alright. Who knows.
