    Look at this quality for a £10 capture card http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7aagshJSXow that was a lil crap shot but with my newest settings.

    Why have you rendered it in HD when the capture card isn't HD?

    So the videos bigger in size if i uploaded it normally you wont have a bigger size, and the only way to do that is choose HD 1280 x 720.

    No, check this for settings. HD does not improve the quality at all and just makes longer loading times.

    I never said that increased the quality I said the SIZE of the video, the quality is standard is the same and the recording settings.
