Bugger all seeing as how the only secrets are the initiation rituals and handshakes lol, I haven't asked what they are because it spoils the fun of it anyway and I could just read a book about it if I wanted to find out that much (meant to be 21 I think but a son of a mason can enter at 18 if they really feel like it)

Kinda yeah, they do a fair few dinner events and as far as I'm aware a lot of the money they make that isn't needed for maintenance goes to various charities

You don't have to be a business leader but it's mainly higher-ups and rich people. FlyingJesus' description was perfect though, from what I've heard about them anyway.
