we do, yes delays, but that's expected due to roads but we don't panic and go into a frenzy like England does.

as stated

yeah its cause theres no point investing a lot of money into clearing the roads and coping with the snow because it only comes like once a year.

as a country which experiences a lot of snow and has done for probably thousands of years one would expect them to be prepared and to have worked out a way in which to operate normally by now

we had 5 inches snow last night.

and we made a 7feet tall snowman. i took pictures, reply if you'd like to see.
it doesn't look big because none of use were stood by it, and it was dark
