I think HabboxForum should be divided up like a certain group of nations. The sections could all be member states with democratically elected leaders. These leaders of individual sections select a leader to have overall control of HabboxForum. The overall leader of HabboxForum creates 84% of the rules in all of the sections which make up HabboxForum. They will also ban people donating dollars and sterling to HxF, all payments will need to be made using the trusty 'Euro'.

I can't see anybody opposing that.

Either that or just give up this whole political crap that isnt helping anyone at all in the slightest. I dont want to have to close a perfectly good thread just because its overridden with political undertones and people wanting to prove a point, when this is supposed to be beneficial to habbox.

    I agree with this.

    Back to discussing reputation?

Increasing everyones rep power is bound to cause inflation. And we all know about inflation due to the government letting all the banks go out of control and there you have the credit crunch. We don't want our very own reputation recession going on. But then again that's the problem with a capitalist reputation system, we could look for alternatives like socialism. Everyone has exactly the same rep power maybe? Didn't work for North Korea mind you, they have one of the lowest GDPs in the world.

The inflation could also mirror the rapid inflation Nazi Germany suffered during WWII because of all the quantitive easing, mind you that's going on under Robert Mugabe's regime in Zimbabwe right now.

We need to learn from history when reforming the reputation system.

Liking that, it's quite contrasing to Garion's suggestion of:

    1 year
    1500 posts
    500 points

I can't decide whether it'd be more beneficial to have the post count higher or the points higher.

In fact I just decided, it'd be more beneficial to have the post count lower, as it means it's more likely people will post to get their rep power up as the goal is more likely. I mean atm, I'm on 3400 posts and it's still AGES for me to get to 5000 to get my next rep power, and geez i've been here for 3 years on this account (okay fair enough I wasnt around for 1 and a half of them), but still, what's that thought like for a new member!

5000 posts for one rep point is stupid.

    My idea would be:

    3000 posts - 1 rep point
    1 year - 1 rep point
    400 rep - 1 rep point

I mean if I posted 20000 times in a year got no rep then I would have like 1 rep for it?

Yet if I posted 4999 times I would get nothing.
