Some confusion going on here by the looks of things. Just to clear it up; that discussing/comments regarding to someone's picture is allowed. If it starts going off-topic regarding something else, then it isn't allowed and normally the posts get moved out of the way to clear the thread up.

How do you know Yoshi is getting away with it :S You are just presuming it. How do you know he hasnt been reported to MattGarner? If you are so bloody annoyed about a PM / usernote / infraction, forward it to a Super Moderator to look into it, and if it really is unfair, it will get reversed. Luckily not everyone moans everytime they get warned, or we would have 100 threads in here everyday. Its pathethic. Crying over a little warning. Like I said, if its unfair, it will get reversed. Making a scene doesn't help.

I was highlighting the point that the rules are there for General Management too aswell as normal members, and it was sorted by sam very quickly, there is no need to come into this thread and try to start arguments sav.

Oh goodness, lets face it, it was just trying to lighten things up. The posts in this thread certainly weren't breaking any rules. I've explained twice what should be done in this thread and its still dragging on. If anything this thread shouldn't even be here, in complaints at best, yet it is and everyones having their two cents when its just not necessary anymore when hes been told what to do. Give it a rest, you certainly haven't obided by many rules by kicking off yourself, and you aren't exactly doing yourself any favours.

If you have a problem with Sammeth's posts, then feel free to PM Jin who would gladly look into any complaints regarding it. Although Tich's thread may of been sorted via a PM but he is allowed to make threads in feedback to get it sorted, although I do know that this was intended for the "Complaints" forum. Which would of been the most suitable area for this type of thread.

No need to start making this go "Hot" now.
