I have built a lobby and a few guest rooms, I could use more apartments tho.. so if anyone wants to build apartments.. I will supply teles eventually. I am also looking for someone to help me manage it.

I made a hotel, noobs actually gave me furni to use it! I loved it an all, best time on Habbo it were, especially the power.
