yes i can make necklace that teleports to burthorpe
and ring that teleports to al kharid or castle wars

i can make all rings and all ammys except for diamond and glory. but ill be able to make them very soon.

Correct, f2p cannot use any ammy, necklace, ring, glider, carpet, tree, etc that moves you. Teh only thing f2p can you are the varrock, falador, abd lumbridge teleport using magic.
