What do you find great about your City?

In all honesty when people say their city is 'diverse' they don't really find it great that its diverse, they just say that to be PC.

Diversity in a city can take many forms in a city. From its music scene, architecture (sp), shopping districts, food, people and art. I don't see why the word 'PC' or 'finding it great' has anything to do with it.

Indeed it can, but I think we all know what it means because we have heard so many times in the news, from our councils 'people from all sorts of diverse backgrounds' - the PC brigade hijacked that word and thats what it commonly is used for nowadays. The stuff you mentioned would normally come under culture/entertainment.

i don't mind that people from different backgrounds share my city..? nor would the majority.

Neither do I, but I don't feel the need to tell everyone as though its the best thing thats ever happened to the city just so I can appear to be politically correct.
