I agree with the fact that quantity is overpowered by quality. You could have a 'sucessful' thread that's 1 page and another 'average' thread that's 5 pages. I know what you mean though

We do need more incentives to get people posting but I'm not wholly sure on this as it seems a bit loose, we can't be giving prizes out willynilly, we do have member of the month for people who post well however it is my current belief that this is not utilised enough, and I have spoken with Matt & Garion about this.

We have made several attempts lately to encourage people to use the reptuation system, we think this is a good idea so we will continue to do this

Some people don't they just say nice thread, but thats something that all forums lack.
