Whats your best and worst thing you have done in trading, like have you bought something that was later released or have you bought something and made a good profit on it? - tell!!

My best is probably when I bought a Venomus Habbolus off the market a few days ago for 3 C and sold today for 400 C.

My worst is probably a few years back when I bought one of the 18 Turquiose Satin Pillows that had been given out, I paid 3T, they dropped to 2T but luckily I sold for a Dragon Egg which was 2T at the time so I lost 1T through buying that.

My best was when petals were released in cat in about 06, I gave 1t for like 25 then sold for 2 hc each got 2t [thrones were 19-20 hc ea] then brought about 60 petals with 2t. The person i bought them off thought he had an amazing deal and of corse i wasnt going to correct him.:rolleyes: Also when i had one of the first dj decks when they came out as supers at like 16T

Worst was when i traded for a gold nelly which couldnt be picked up, One of the scripted ones, Gold nellys were about 8-9T at the time and i never got it back.

Best.. proably selling a purple dragon for 8T profit in just 2 trades. Oh and also when I sold 3 Venomus Habbulous just a day before they were given out for payday!

Worst... selling 5 sky dragons for 25t (5t each) That was last year though like in summer

Best - buying a bubblegum icm for 2222c and selling for 7t
Worst - buying a valentines cauldron for 2t when they'd just come out in pd+ although i did sell for like 2.5t

I can't really think of my best one... But one of my worst would probably be just recently... I bought loads of bulk sci fi furni, and then in one of the January Sales, they were released at a discounted price... :L

I made a thread like this ages ago, can't remember exactly what mine were though.

I think my best was buying someone's DJ Deck for about 5HCs (when they were worth 6T, years before they were released). Worst would probably be when I sold my Gold Dragon for 10T because the price shot up to about 19T (although my trade was the catalyst really so it probably wouldn't have risen if I hadn't sold).

Also when I won a Jupiter Smoke Machine, I tried to collect them all (when there was only about 9) but it kind of failed .

My best was probably buying an Orange tree for 5 creds when they were 11hc, before ecotron came back. Sold for 2 endors (4.5 at time) and father of habbo (1hc at time) to Ad3rm.

Worse, probably buying rafts for quite a bit, going on holiday for 2 weeks coming back to find them released in catalogue and gone down to 0.3

another best, buying a violet parasol when they were 1.0 and an aussie outback when they were 1.0 (parasol bought for 5c aussie outback bougth for 3)


Another worse, buying 14 pairs of articheuthis for 2/2.5 hc per when they were 3hc then selling them at like 2.1 because they weren't selling then after christmas they go upto 8hc

next day it dropped to about 1T O_O

and um buying a blue pillow 5c
Worst : Um , Selling a Blue laser for 10 credits , selling rare gold for 20 hcs when it was 31 hcs
