Flash Player Problem

My Internet is running smoothly, everything is fast, with the exception of Flash Player when loading videos, whether it be YouTube, Vimeo, Twitvid. It just loads really slowly and it's getting frustrating. I've checked that I have the updated version of Flash and that nothing is blocking it. Tried reinstalling but had no effect. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be?

Is there any way I can speed this up from my computer? Like, without changing ISP.
