At first glance that looks pretty sweet! Only few things I would say would be to make the three green boxes and the longer box further down the page more detailed, similar to the navigation tabs. The design on the white area behind the logo looks all stretched and pixelated so that would need editing and three of the four buttons on the right have black corners that need fixing. Also some work could be done with the footer. Other than that, I like it quite a lot and love the colour scheme

A pretty clean, functional design, could do with a bit more fine tuning though. And the navigation strikes me as a bit too much like the one at http://www.heartinternet.co.uk/ for my liking, perhaps tweak it a little?
