Simple form

Hey peeps when it comes to html im a n00b

I need a simple form that has:
Name:
Joke:

I need a submit button that when the form is complete emails the joke to my self, i also need a reset button.

Ive tried tutorials but they havent worked, this is my only hope.

no pls help i have tried that tutorial all ready and i kept getting the same message wen i clicked submit
