    Hey peeps when it comes to html im a n00b

    I need a simple form that has:
    Name:
    Joke:

    I need a submit button that when the form is complete emails the joke to my self, i also need a reset button.

    Ive tried tutorials but they havent worked, this is my only hope.

    much appreciated if someone could provde the html

    but why do i keep getting that message when i clcik submit? i use macromedia dreamweaver as my php

    because you need to use seperate files.
