If you regularly eat a lot of spicy food it damages your taste buds so you lose some of the sensation from the heat, and thus spicier foods are more manageable.

Is that why india people can eat vindaloos like piss??

We asked our (black) food tech teacher once if indian people had different taste buds than us, and she went mental at us :S:S

I got some blairs possible side effects hot sauce (red savina habanero) and wow its actually so good because 1 drop will spice up anything. I added a drop to some noodles and it turned it into a fireball of joy. Pretty good too because it has no taste, just tastes of heat so it doesn't ruin the flavour of a dish and just gives it a super hot edge
