Well when i smith i make money, i buy steel bars and make cannon balls like 400gp prof per steel bar or i could make iron bars, buy the ores and smelt with this ring on to give 100% chance of it working. so yeh i can make $$$$ of smithing. or you can buy mith ores and sell the mith bars when smelt only some things are losses.
