    Default Skin Care Routine

    Do you all have certain things that you do for your skin each day, or do you just wash it morning and night?
    For me, I;
    - Steam my face once or twice a week.
    - Wash my face everyday + apply moisturiser.
    - Drink LOTS of Green Tea + water.
    - Avoid chips/chocolate.

    I started to avoid unhealthy foods like chips and chocolates last week, so it's taking time, (h)

    I must say after everyone telling me green tea tasted disgusting, it's not actually that bad... it tastes like black tea.

    mines just wash it morning and night with teatree face wash, then use oil free mousturiser

    then everyother day in the morning after i wash my face i put panoxyl cream and at night differin cream, oh and i have to put hydrocortisone cream on my eyelids because my face is quiet dry

    and im getting lazer surgery for a few faint scars i have on my cheeks, but my skins really good atm

    I wash mine every morning and apply moisturiser, then every night and apply moisturiser. I drink black tea instead of green tea.

    i just drink loads of water, dont like green tea, my mum drinks it, and ive tried it and its vile

    I drink beyond loads of water. Haha I find that helps actually. Aswell as it keeping the rest of you healthy.

    I don't mind drinking water, it's just that sometimes I want more flavour, I haven't had any fizzy pop in ages though.
    And for some reason, when I drink water, my mouth is extremely dry afterwards, so I have to go and get more, which still leaves my mouth dry :S

    Same with me Chantelle. But I always find it's really refreshing, and I always enjoy it. Which is one of the main reasons I drink alot.

    yeah, drink loads of water



    wash my face every morning and apply a tinted moisturiser if i'm going out (otherwise just a light moisturiser with sunscreen). it covers the redness i sometimes get but doesn't look overly done like foundation, plus it has sunscreen in it. i wear sunscreen wherever there's skin exposed () every day no matter the weather.
    clay mask every week after steaming.
    dab of tea tree oil if i feel a spot coming on.
    exfoliate after cleansing twice a week.
    i wear heavier moisturiser when i'm sleeping

    although i only wash my face with water if i'm not going out twice a day, give it a break. i only really wash it if i'v been wearing make-up (i guess tinted moisturiser goes into that?)


    so far so good. i have pretty oily skin so it works for me...

    omg i drink green tea all the time'? is it ogood for ur skin?
