Do you all have certain things that you do for your skin each day, or do you just wash it morning and night?
For me, I;
- Steam my face once or twice a week.
- Wash my face everyday + apply moisturiser.
- Drink LOTS of Green Tea + water.
- Avoid chips/chocolate.
I started to avoid unhealthy foods like chips and chocolates last week, so it's taking time, (h)
I must say after everyone telling me green tea tasted disgusting, it's not actually that bad... it tastes like black tea.
