    Book a doctors appointment.
Do you do any sports like football I suppose?
Don't pull them or touch or anything, put a band aid on them and just wait for them to fall off, then new ones will grow.

Put bandages around the toes that have no nails, so you don't bash then or they get infected. There's little you can do. Like someone said, just wait for them to re-grow. You're not dying.

Are you a sporty guy? Do you walk/run a long distance everyday? From what i know, this happen to most of the serious athletes. When you run/walk, your toes will repeatedly jam against the end of your shoe. And of course this will leads to bruising to the nail and causing the nail to drop off.

What i will advice you to do is to get a shoes that is slightly bigger than your current shoes. And make sure there is plenty of width at the toes.
