Habbo can't "take" a domain that I've paid for if I'm not doing anything illegal.

Well they do own the trademark copyright to the name habbo.. so in court it COULD stand up..

lol not if I'm not trying to be like them. People own http://myspace.biz/ and I've owned myspace.ug for two years now with no issues.

They can force you to give it to them free of charge as Habbo is a trademark of Sulake (OY). Infact, if you don't give it to them when they ask, they'll take you to court and you'll be the one paying them to take your domain off you (yes, I speak the truth).
