    just bought my first flat. seems a bit surreal that ill be moving out within a month. ;o

    im 20. i have bought it with a partner, his mam acting as garauntor. its 310 for the first 2 years the it drops to 220 p/m. and the flat is 50k

    Oh wow, thats... a lot (thats what, 80k+ AUD?

    But very nice ! I'm so glad I don't need a garauntor for my bike loan, and hopefully when I pay it all off I can head onto buying a house or summit.

    im at uni at the minute, and weve saved about 10k from last year so its around a 40k mortgage. I guess it seems logiccal to be paying for my own mortgage rather than someone elses.
