Her hair is not a circular afro, she has a large forehead and some shaping on like the shoulder things are really bad. Also the colours aren't great.

EDIT: Right arm looks flat.

The isometrics are off on the dress and personally its looks like a transvestite, sorry. I think you need to incluce a lot more detail on the dress and hair, make them actually poof out instead of just drawing them on to the default habbo clothing.

Unfortunately, this does not resemble the red queen at all. Beside the pixel mistakes (dull colours, no/wrong shading etc), it lacks some important details. The most important one is obviously her head and the face. Try to resize either the body or the head, give her a large babylike forehead and so on.
