Call of duty : Vietnam - Collectors Edition

Ok, Well.. Me and apeel have been having a chat, coming up with things we would like to see in the Next call of duty (Vietnam) Collectors edition.

Personally, I'd like (Whatever its going to be..) to come in an Ammo box / Supply crate

What would you like to see?

The CE is in a giant box, much like the MW2 veterans edition, inside is a small supply crate (about the size of the Far Cry 2 Collectors Edition), with an attached little parachute. Once you evacuate the contents, you can hang the crate from your ceiling, by the parachute, so it looks like it's about to drop some ammo or a dog squad.

Art book is obvious, I'd like it to be more like the Bioshock 2 art book though. Maybe a bit less given the size of the box, but something better than MW2's or COD4's pathetic excuse for an 'art book'.

DLC in the form of something that's not a 'get ahead' in multiplayer. Maybe a multiplayer skin as a guy in a polar bear costume or something purely aesthetic, otherwise it's just unfair.

A map of Vietnam maybe? How about camo paint that you can use, to help you camouflage and scare your friends. Like this

I would like a Helmet to be included.. a fully functioning kevlar helmet with a plastic filler which acts as a box (similar to halo 3's but functioning)
