get a custom forum skin and it'll look more appealing.
is it going to have boosting, modded lobbies etc like se7ensins or nextgenupdate?
or is it going to be a more of a "legit" website, if thats the right word.

I was going to make a point about your referal competition, but you've already updated it. Was going to say, 1 months whatever it was would in no way incline people to 'refer'.
