Best way to train range from 83-99 Cheepest way aswell :} and how long roughly would it take?

"best" way to get range 83-99 is chinning which is fastest xp but costs a little bit

If you want to make money go to GWD and range aviansies, they drop 4 addy bars noted, drop rates approx 1:4 so you get 1 every kill basically so ya.

Armadyls pendant (quest - free)
Saradomin cape (mage arena - free)

You only NEED arma item + sara item when you go in you'll get attked by a zammy guy perhaps but soon as you run south it wont bother so yeh ;P

Grapple into the armas place and k0 them
