Here's my opinion on possible classic skin improvements:

Align text right


Should be smaller


Remove top bar and where it says Habbox Forum below


Make text smaller


Requires no explanation.


Make reputation button more obvious


Having a checkbox for showing signature makes quickreply box annoyingly small, and obviously we all want our signature showing


Bring back old reply, quote and thread buttons.





As Jewishbear has made previously used insights to the vbulletin styles I think it would be a good idea (providing that he wants to) if he took on the job of editing the flaws and quirks in the current styles and with vbulletin in general. He's certainly proven himself knowledgeable of web design in the past.

Agree with both David and Serg there. I think you tried to blend a few of the buttons for the new skins with the classic and that just doesn't work well. Same in my opinion for the userbars, for the classic they should still be the older ones, although there have been many new userbars created so that may be unrealistic. I do agree that someone does need to get on it to do those tweaks and David hit the nail on the head there really.

vB4 uses css instead of images in far more places. It's impossible to put all the old images back, at the very least a difficult job that will cause more problems than it solves.

User bars are taking from only one location rather than specifying an images directory. You Sadly you're stuck with them

The legacy styles will never be 100% replicas. They are there to have the classic/ rb feel on vBulliten 4 which uses entirely different template structures and styling methods. I've had a busy week off the forum and will work on bug fixing at the weekend

• legacy skins pagination fixing
• readded legacy button images on postbit (others may be readded soon)
• tried aligning lastpost right but it had horrible overlap issues
• broke quotes and fixed them again
• Removed header from forum home
