    Default Habbo Club Purchase in Catalogue.

    I went to buy a month of Habbo Club from the catalogue when i received an error.

    I went to try again and it said this time I had no Credits in my Catalogue. I reloaded to see if the problem would be fixed but it didnt. So basically it took my 20 Credits without giving me my Habbo Club.

    I've e-mailed Habbo to see if they'll send me my Habbo Club or 20 Credits.

    On my Past Transactions it even says:

    28/03/10 12:23 -20 Catalogue purchase
    28/03/10 12:23 20 Credit Furni redeem

    Redeemed the Sack and Bought HC but didnt get it.

    Had the same problem.

    Bought 3 months. 50C gone, no HC

    I had the exact same problem yesturday, i am still really angry about that and i want my refund of 20 credits.

    It's nothing to get too fussed over :\ Since the Habbo site proves that you should have your HC when you don't, im sure staff won't have a problem fixing your issue. I know it IS a slight hassle to have to email them, but is it really worth fuming over? :S

    I hope you get it back and I'm thinking that this is a glitch that has been caused by the recent HC updates

    Thanks. Since the number of people with the same problem probably e-mailing them, then i suspect will be fixed asap.

    similar thing happened to me but i logged out and back in and it was all fine.

    How do you view past transactions?

    I didnt think you could do this!

    I remember the old system on Old Habbo - talking a few years back - where you could view your transactions in your Purse.

    No doubt you will get your HC though. and for inconvenience they might compensate you with a free month doubt it though.
