Yeah, the surf and fly ones are after 10,000 steps. Shame I can't get the course as my WiFi doesn't work with the DS and the WiFi Connector doesn't work on Windows 7.

Tried doing some fist pumps to get more steps as I had no reason to go out. Gah. 3361 - about 1k = fist pumps.

You have to register with BT openwave or something though, or at least I did when I used my iPod, before they allow you access to anything, although that might just be webpages.
