Keep wishing buddy. Habbox won't go down for at least 2 years

The core user base will keep the forum going at least.

But for events etc, I see this as a new adventure for fansites.
See it as an opportunity rather than a challenge.

ludus left. What did I say when he made the fansite.

Habbox will need to await details on 12th April. They might have to make changes to cater for international users.

Have to say though, it will be a struggle for most fansites, but hey, Habbox can overcome any challenge.

Which hotels are actually merging? Sorry I am mile behind where Habbo is concerned.

I think Habbox's time as non official were by far the best in its history The news had a lot more freedom on reporting and there were some great stories and investagitive reporting on many contoversial things. I remember the days when people would rush to read the news because there were some great stories reported which used to get the old console bleeping. I think this will give the reporters that little bit of freedom with less concern of offending a multi national company who will have less of a bargaining/blackmail tool. Habbo as a company do not give a stuff about the fansites who have put so much more back in to habbo than it has ever got out of it and never did.

Habbo only decided to have the official sites so they had a hold over all fansites who were or wanting to be official. Habbo introduced more and more silly/strict rules for everybody to follow which made a lot of sites lose their edge.

This is the best news I have heard for some time so lets hope it is the end of the official do as you are told or else dictatorship.

    TY for that Mr Garner

I just had a read up about it and all sounds fun lol They do say all the accounts will be copied over so nobody will lose names. I did say years ago it would be nice if you could walk outside the hotel and in one next door (all hotels on 1 street) and have a UK badge or a USA badge etc so all user names can still be used. Habbo UK must easily have the most furni so I would expect the other hotels to adopt more of the UK values There will be a lot of work for the staff to do especially in the rare values but its a great opportunity for Hx to move up to a higher level which currently does not exist.
