I think you go to your own rooms and a popup should come up asking you do you want to change your name.

I have to change, well not have to but have had my name chnaged to "Stream#" on uk lol RIP Stream
I've kept a lot of my other names though..

Nope, I registered my name on all English speaking hotels years ago, but if I didn't I'm sure it still would be free as it's nothing special :p
