I just watched him stack half of it - he used a mode bar, two hello furni chairs, a dance floor beamer, a tele and a roller. Only saw the last bit though.
He said you do not have to use the furniture he's using, he said he just doesn't have a lot. Haven't seen him do it yet though but he has a mode bar in the doorway (2 spaces!)
Edit:
Once he's got the mode bar in the doorway, literally anything seems to go in to it! (with rollers)

as with stacking, if you have a cd down on the floor you can 'slide' anything off a roller onto it.
this is how he got the teleport into the door, he put down a roller facing the door, put a tele on top of it, and because the cd was there it slid into the door.
idk why he had a mode bar, and i dont know how he got it (or the cd) in the doorway!

the cd was IN the mode bar (every now and again stacked furni 'flashes' and what was once hidden becomes visible)
(idk how to explain it >.< : if you have a chair stacked into a z shelf, every now and again the chair will flash and move 'outside' the z shelf so it is more visible, this is how i saw the cd)
i have no idea if that makes sense to anybody else..

If he did actually say "it's down to timing" or some other crap, that's **. In a thread identical to this like 2 months ago shenk established that if you have any piece of furni inside a doorway you can place anything inside it.
The things people said about needing a table item like a CD or a coin to roll things onto is perfectly correct when dealing with stacking inside the regular boundaries of a room. However, once outside, all you need is a piece of furni, not necessarily a table object and things will roll on. Seeing as rules don't seem to apply, you could tell him to put a chair in the doorway and one of two things will happen:
1. Either he will be able to roll something into the chair and put whatever else he wants in the door (not following regular properties of chairs)
2. Nothing will roll into the chair and he'll be stuck with a chair there permanently.
If it's still ongoing, someone suggest putting a chair in (you'll need to assertain that it's just a chair on it's own though, and not ontop of a CD).
