Add spoilers to FAQ's

Yeh i keep getting told off and told i need to put it in a spoiler with a warning, yet i don't have a clue how to put it in a spoiler? Can it be put in FAQ's or something, because i am sure im not the only one who doesn't know how. specially for people who may be new to the forum?
