    Default Infraction expiration dates

Just throwing this out there to see what people think, but I think 2 months for infractions is a way long time, especially since 5 infractions is a caution etc. etc. which is very easy to achieve in that timespan.

What I suggest is reduce it to a month, so that members who are constantly rule breaking get penalised, not the members who break the odd rule... Or perhaps a different classification on what rules incur a infraction as to a warning?

    Necessary or unneccessary?

I'm just throwin it out there, dont ****** attack me for a suggestion lol

Well personally as they never used to expire and then were six months things have got quite a bit more lenient especially with the pm system - it used to go to a straight warning. I think it's about right now tbh.

I hate this new PM thing. It means you get usernotes that we cannot see.

I prefer the caution/infraction way of things before.

A usernote is only a copy of the pm sent to you.

It's not all that easy to get infractions, if you stick by the rules. I as Rosie also remember the days where they would never expire and had a perm record on your account. Think it is more than fair. :]

I think 2 months is actually quite generous, seeing as the old expiration dates were 6 months and NEVER.

Well I don't count them over 2 months and I am sure most others don't either but that is an interesting & valid question to post which I am sure will be addressed.

Well the only instance I can think of, Jack, is when somebody is cautioned when we physically can't. What occasions were you thinking of?
